ABOUT
Azar Ebrahimi is a documentary filmmaker based in Oslo, Norway. She worked as a director and journalist at NRK for more than a decade, developing and directing documentaries for television. She holds an MA in Conceptual Documentary Directing from the Norwegian Film School.
Her debut in independent filmmaking, Datter, premiered at the Bergen International Film Festival in 2025. Azar is currently developing several short and feature-length documentaries.
